HOTEL ACCOMMODATION Please carefully fill in the Hotel Accommodation Form, in block letters, with all personal data and send it to the Hotel Booking Office Co.Al.Pi by fax or e-mail. Only written requests will be forwarded to the hotels. A confirmation will be sent by Co.Al.Pi by fax or e-mail reporting the address of the hotel assigned.

No Show In case of no show the first night will be charged upon the credit card and the room will be cancelled, if no communication is forwarded to Co.Al.Pi within 4 p.m. of the following day. STUDENT ACCOMMODATION A limited number of rooms has been set aside for students until May 15, 2005 at: Villa Gualino on the Torino hills (public system bus every hour during the day only - no bus at night) Single room: about Euro 65,00/night Double room: about Euro 98,00/night Please contact Villa Gualino directly before May 15, 2005, if you wish to book there your students accommodation.
